LOCKPORT – A Medina man who acted as a lookout for a burglary in Lockport last year pleaded guilty Wednesday in Niagara County Court.
Isaiah D. Bonk, 20, of East Center Street, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary as an accomplice and faces up to seven years in prison when he is sentenced Sept. 23 by County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas. Bonk still has charges pending in another burglary case in Orleans County.
Jonathan K. Banks, the man who pleaded guilty March 24 to the actual break-in, is awaiting sentencing. Banks, 21, of South Townline Road, Medina, entered a house Sept. 5 on High Street in the City of Lockportt. Hes also faces numerous burglary charges in Orleans County.
