LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man who was caught sexually molesting a 6-year-old boy Aug. 7 was sentenced Monday to two years in state prison and 10 years of post-release supervision.
Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas imposed the penalty on Dylan K. Crogan, 20, of Monteagle Street, who had pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse.
Assistant District Attorney Robert A. Zucco said the boy’s father “fortuitously” walked in on Crogan and the victim. “It’s been going on for years,” Zucco said of Crogan’s sexual abuse of the child.
