WHEATFIELD – A woman in the 3800 block of Wildwing Drive told Niagara County sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday that she woke up at 5 a.m. and found the garage door open and her husband’s $20,000 pickup gone from the driveway.
The victim said her husband, who is out of town for training with the U.S. Army, always leaves his pickup unlocked with the keys in it.
The suspect used the garage door opener that was inside the truck and took a 42-inch flat screen television that had been mounted on the wall of the garage, and a $1,200 set of golf clubs.
