LOCKPORT – Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas ordered probation for two Lockport drug dealers Wednesday. Both had pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Nathaniel Carson Jr. 24, of Clinton Street, was placed on probation for five years. He was ordered to pay $100 to the Drug Task Force and serve 100 days in the county work program. He sold crack cocaine Oct. 22, 2012, in Lockport.

Karen A. Fritton, 55, of Maplewood Drive, was placed on interim probation for six months. “You need to convince me that you can do probation,” Farkas told her.

Fritton was charged with selling oxymorphone pills in the Town of Lockport April 23 and May 13, 2013.
