LOCKPORT – An Amherst man pleaded guilty Tuesday in Niagara County Court to stealing a Town of Lockport woman’s credit card between April 25 and May 1.
Joseph W. Donner, 29, of Tonawanda Creek Road, admitted to fourth-degree grand larceny and was admitted to the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment by County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.
Donner faces up to four years in prison if he fails in the treatment program, but could have his charge reduced to a misdemeanor with a probation sentence if he succeeds.
