LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man, charged with burglarizing a home on Willow Avenue in the Falls July 27, was arraigned on a three-count indictment Monday in Niagara County Court.
Donald E. Rubin, 43, of 12th Street, pleaded not guilty to second-degree burglary, petit larceny and second-degree aggravated harassment.
He remains free on a $2,500 bail bond pending further court action.
