APPLETON – The Niagara Wine Trail’s Winery at Marjim Manor will celebrate the holidays with its annual Holiday Tea at 1 p.m. next Sunday, with the theme “The Narrated Nutcracker.”
The winery is located at 7171 E. Lake Road.
Pianist Joanne Jasinski will entertain with various selections from the Nutcracker Ballet and winery owner Margo Sue Bittner will narrate the story.
The meal will include four courses of traditional and holiday foods, including: scones with Marjim Manor jellies, potato kugel and applesauce, sandwiches, including a vegetarian selection, and desserts of fruitcake and gingerbread.
The Manor will be decorated with Christmas trees, Hanukkah Menorot and other seasonal trimmings. Donations of hats/mittens/scarves for the giving tree will be accepted.
