PENDLETON – A Tonawanda Creek Road man told Niagara County sheriff’s deputies that two dirt bikes and two orange bags of racing gear, valued at more than $11,000, were stolen from the rear of his pickup Sunday morning.

The victim told deputies that when he woke up at 10 a.m., the bikes – a 2007 KTM 105 SX and a 2008 KTM 450 SX – were gone.

He said he and his son had returned to his home in the 4600 block of Tonawanda Creek Road about midnight and locked up the bikes in the truck. It appeared the bikes had been dragged away, deputies said.
