NIAGARA FALLS – The Hamister Group’s planned hotel in downtown Niagara Falls will carry the Hyatt Place flag under a deal finalized by the parties on Tuesday.
The hotel will be part of a five-story, mixed-use development project at 310 Rainbow Blvd. Plans call for 146 rooms and banquet facilities. The project will also include 25 apartments and ground-level retail space.
Plans for the project will come before the city’s Planning Board tonight.
The hotel would be one of as many as nine new hotels planned in the Falls over the next several years.
