NORTH TONAWANDA – Local businesses will sponsor free admission on Wednesdays at the Carrousel Factory Museum throughout the summer.
The first free Wednesday begins today and will continue from noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays through Aug. 27, except for Canal Fest week, July 13 to 20.
This week’s sponsor is Armstrong Pumps. Additional sponsors are Holler Grapes; Aquasol Corp.; Brick, Brick & Elmer; Davis-Ulmer; Third Warders Social Club; Pane’s Restaurant; Turtle Opticians; Key Bank; Eastern States; DeGraff Hospital and an anonymous donor.
Although admission is free, visitors will pay 50 cents per token to ride the carousels and the rides in Kiddieland Testing Park.
Regular museum hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 4:00 p.m. Sunday. Admission to the museum includes admission to Kiddieland on days when it is open.
