Three plead guilty to Niagara County drug felonies

LOCKPORT – Three Niagara County residents pleaded guilty to drug felonies Thursday.

Dallas J. Porter, of 20th Street, Niagara Falls, admitted to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was scheduled for sentencing Aug. 7 by State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr., who promised to give her no more than a year in jail. Porter sold Suboxone Jan. 30 in the Falls.

The other defendants were admitted to the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment, risking nine-year prison terms if they fail in that program.

Michael P. Salhany, 36, of Spruce Street, Lockport, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for selling morphine tablets to a police informant July 26 in an apartment building at Locust and Spruce streets in Lockport.

Amanda M. Camidge, 18, of Panama Avenue, Town of Niagara, admitted to third-degree possession. Police said she had five different drugs when she was arrested in a car stop Oct. 15 in Wheatfield. The car was driven by Sean M. Reed Jr., 26, of Amy Drive, Wheatfield, who was also indicted.
