LOCKPORT – A man who sold cocaine in Niagara Falls two years ago was sentenced Tuesday to a year in the Niagara County Jail.
Terrence A. Hardy, 29, of Whitney Avenue, had pleaded guilty April 1 to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for the April 2, 2012, drug deal.
County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas imposed the sentence.
