NORTH TONAWANDA – A 35-year-old North Tonawanda man was being held without bail Monday on drug charges following his arrest for allegedly selling drugs in a tavern about three blocks from his own home. The arrest of Jerred M. Meisenburg was announced by Niagara County Sheriff James R. Voutour.
Following a two-month investigation of alleged drug sales at a tavern in the 300 block of Schenck Street in North Tonawanda, Meisenburg was being held on criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree, both of them Class B felonies carrying possible 25-year prison terms upon conviction.
