NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. – Annual rock scaling operations on the wall of the Niagara Gorge on the Canadian side of the Horseshoe Falls will begin next week, the Niagara Parks Commission announced Wednesday.
The work, which removes loose rock and debris which may otherwise pose a safety hazard for a section of the Journey Behind the Falls attraction, is expected to take about a week, weather permitting.
