NIAGARA FALLS – The Rainbow Car Wash at 1102 Whitney Avenue reported an industrial vacuum, valued at $1,500, was knocked off a wall on Monday.
Security photos showed an early 1990s model Oldsmobile Cutlass being used to knock the vacuum off the wall by hitting it with the car just after 1:30 a.m. Monday. The driver then left with the vacuum after it came off the wall. Police found a rear-view mirror that was knocked off the car at the scene.
