The Hope for Tomorrow Foundation will donate cosmetic surgery for up to five children from Western New York whose physical appearance has caused them to become victims of bullying or suffer severe loss of self-esteem, foundation chairman Dr. Jeffrey Meilman announced.
The children must be between ages 6 and 16 and be healthy enough for surgery. Applicants must not have the financial means for cosmetic surgery or have insurance coverage for it.
For applications, call Michele Patterson at 626-5300 or visit www.hopefortomorrowfoundationwny.org.
